The knowledge I have gained has piloted my belief that great sales leaders are not born, they are made. I will work with your sales leader to develop an operating system that is guided by a focused, intentional leadership on the sales performance factors. I am a transformational leader who inspires positive change and is invested in the success of every single member involved in the process. My career has crossed over into multiple industries, including financial services, education, manufacturing, construction and the trades. I have led sales teams within the direct and indirect channels, manufacturing representatives and independent brokerage channels.
